Fun With DMV

VA Drivers love their vanity plates. There are over 150+ specialized plates a vehicle owner can purchase in the Old Dominion.

Back when I spent more time on the surfboard and less time on the bike, I had this plate.


"Dude! No, it doesn't mean to surf high, Officer...Haven't you heard of Hatteras Island?"

After too many stoners drove up beside me and gave me the thumbs-up on their approval of my plates, I had to get rid of it. It's still available.

I was back on dmv.com again to renew the vehicle registration and played around to see what "Bike Enthusiast" plates are available. This is what I came up with:
